Working exclusively with small farmers that do not have a sufficient scale to compete in the Thai sugar industry. Selecting the best sugar cane and only using first cut, hand harvested fresh sugar cane.

This rum offers a unique combination of flavours and aromas extracted directly from the Thai terroir. It has a fruity, complex, delicate and smooth character unique of its kind. It is lighter than traditional rum auricles or cachacas but more flavorful & fruity than molasses based white rum.
