Made entirely of Chardonnay and aged in oak barrels for 6 months, Atilius Bianco has sophisticated aromas of orange blossoms and vanilla notes, followed through by candied apricots, toasted almonds and a citrus lift on the palate. Its rich and silky quality is ideal with seafood starters, a traditional risotto or spicy cheeses.
