ATILIUS Bianco Chardonnay IGT


Tuscany is also home to some of the finest Chardonnays, displaying the true quality and character of its terroir.

Made entirely of Chardonnay and aged in oak barrels for 6 months, Atilius Bianco has sophisticated aromas of orange blossoms and vanilla notes, followed through by candied apricots, toasted almonds and a citrus lift on the palate. Its rich and silky quality is ideal with seafood starters, a traditional risotto or spicy cheeses.

Colour: Brilliant straw colour.

Bouquet: Very intense floral and fruity bouquet of orange and grapefruit blossoms accompanied by hints of elegant oak aromas.

Palate: full-body, dry an smoothfruit-forward with a good acidity.

Food pairing: Fish first courses, fish soups, oyster and raw fish, risotto with vegetables, fresh and spicy cheeses.

Serving temperature: 10 – 12° C.
