Threefold Autumn Harvest Shiraz Mourvedre Gin

This Shiraz Gin was harvested from the Christmas Hill Vineyard in Kuitpo, Adelaide Hills, plus a portion of spicy Mourvèdre from Sellicks Hill on the southern coastal edge of McLaren Vale. Grapes were macerated in the Threefold Aromatic gin for colour before pressing and blending in the fresh free-run juice, forging layers of velvety dark chocolate, warm spice, stewed currant and lush plum. Serve over ice with a slice of orange, or mix with squash to sip under the sun.
